A high performance non toxic bio-based penetrating clear concrete sealer and wood sealer that is formulated from advanced green chemistry utilizing bio-based dispersion resins and solvent free water-based modified acrylics. Our bio-based chemistry has a superior ability to effectively penetrate and protect porous substrate surfaces by creating an intregal bond and seal that allows the substrate to breath while providing outstanding repellency. When used for sealing concrete, the advanced chemistry imparts our Eff-Bloc technology that helps resist efflorescence development. 

The highest quality 100% Acrylic emulsion and Urethane dispersion with advanced bio-based technology that offers outstanding abrasion, hot tire pick-up, chemical, water, and weather resistance for interior or exterior use. It is a breathable self sealing, uniquely hard yet resilient rubberized non-skid coating that provides a non-aggressive barefoot friendly texture. We incorporate recycled rubber granules in two mesh size options. Eco-Tuff™ Rubberized Non-Skid Coating may be topcoated with our other Eco-Tuff™ coatings for color or sheen enhancements and may incorporate our recycled glass powders for enhanced traction.

Eco-Fast™ is available in a liquid (HD) or (GEL) version. They are a safe alternative to Methylene Chloride, Mineral Spirits, MEK, Naptha, NMP, Toluene, D’Limonene, etc. Unlike other competitive products, EcoFast™ has a neutral pH to work safely on a broader range of substrates such as concrete, masonry, wood, metal and most plastics. EcoFast™ works faster by penetrating through the coating to delaminate or break the bond rather than dissolving the coating. This delamination process is not only safer to use on various substrate materials, it allows easier and more efficient residue cleaning which is imperative if applying a new coating system.

EcoFast™ GEL Paint Stripper is the latest breakthrough in solvent replacement cleaning technology used to safely strip multiple layers of paint, coatings and adhesives. EcoFast™ GEL is a powerful low odor, non-hazardous, non-flammable, biodegradable, eco-friendly paint stripper formulated with a thick gel-like viscosity for optimum vertical cling that allows longer dwell time. The thicker viscosity also allows more material to be applied for unusually difficult coatings and to overcome horizontal surfaces that are uneven which may prohibit uniform distribution of a thinner viscosity material.
